THROUGH SPACE AND TIME
Thanks to the new banquet trolley’s high-precision temperature control and excellent insulating properties, it bridges the time and distance between kitchen and table without the quality of the food suffering – even when it has to be kept waiting for longer periods before serving. The new trolley also uses considerably less energy than previous models.


Innovation
USP THANKS TO INTELLIGENT PARTITION
The patented internal partitioning system we devised means the banquet trolley is even more versatile than its predecessors because the dividing wall in the middle creates different temperature zones. This feature gives Blanco a clear USP that enhances its market position. The moist air used to regulate the temperature improves heat transfer to the food and prevents it drying out.

Design
ENDEARING, ENDURING AND SELF-CONFIDENT
Our design approach integrates typical features of the Blanco Professional brand such as ergonomic push handles and all-round impact protection. To echo the durability of the product, we opted for an understated yet contemporary design language that will grace any banquet with its subtle but self-confident presence.
