With Cook, Blanco Professional presents a front cooking station that has been thought through right down to the last detail and is ideal for use in canteens or restaurants, as well as at trade fairs or events. Because it extracts cooking odours, grease and steam directly at source, the mobile station can be used anywhere. Cook gives professional caterers the greatest possible flexibility in terms of both location and equipment: the chef can choose from 13 interchangeable table-top cooking units and configure them to suit the occasion.
HIGHLY EFFICIENT EXTRACTION IN SLENDER FORM
Because of its extremely slender design, the extractor bridge that is optimally positioned above the cooking zone gives both the guest and the cook an unobstructed view of what’s happening. Besides separating grease out of the air, the multistage filter system also uses oxidation to eliminate odours and blue smoke. And when it’s time to clean the saturated grease filters in the dishwasher, they can be removed without the need for tools. The newly developed electronic controllers of the Blanco Control system use unambiguous symbols to ensure intuitive usability.
