We discovered the professional kitchen back in 2000 and started designing catering and kitchen systems. Blanco Professional has been benefiting from our experience since 2009. As sole design agency, we are responsible not just for the company’s classic industrial design requirements but for design management and innovation development as well.

HOW A BRAND GROWS
A brand strategy can only achieve its objectives when it is based on prior analysis of the core values and clear definition of the benchmarks. That is precisely what we did for Blanco Professional – following up with an executive-level strategy session. In the meantime, we act as external design managers and gear product developments towards the brand values. As a result, the brand is building its image continuously – in a highly organic and therefore authentic way.
INNOVATION BY DESIGN
We investigate everyday work routines in kitchens, immediately identifying the requirements that exist and how they can be reflected in new product approaches. The unbiased perspective that comes with being an external service provider is an extremely helpful asset in that respect. This principle of user-centred innovation methodology enables us to differentiate Blanco from its competitors and create a high degree of added value for its customers.
INDUSTRIAL DESIGN FOR PROFESSIONAL CHEFS
Since 2009, we have been carefully revising the entire product portfolio step by step, as well as developing the corporate design guidelines and defining the design languages for the company’s Catering and Medical divisions. As a result, we ensure that the design of every single product family is a consistent fit with the brand – and accompany every project all the way from the first sketch to the start of production. It goes without saying that we collaborate closely with the company’s development, product management and marketing departments in everything we do.
