STRATEGY
PROFESSIONAL KITCHEN WITH A 1.8 M² FOOTPRINT

The Unit II kitchen system incorporates everything required for sophisticated cooking into just 1.8 square metres of space. Unit II thus enables hospitable cooking in front of guests even when space is in short supply. The system’s development is based on the idea of restricting the kitchen to the basic elements and linking them intelligently.

INNOVATION
INGENIOUS FUNCTIONALITY

Unit II blends premium individual components into a highly functional whole. It also includes the professional airclean3d extractor technology, which draws air down behind the hob, cleans it and recirculates it into the room via the plinth area. The sink concept is also unusually functional: the second level in the basin permits rational handling of Gastronorm-sized containers.

DESIGN
THE PERFECT STAGE FOR COOKING

Understated forms combined with thoughtfully designed functional details – that’s Unit II in a nutshell. By reducing the kitchen to the essentials, the design creates a perfect stage for the live preparation of food – in both public and private settings.

Unit II was a silver medallist in the Federal Product Design Awards 2008.
