In the professional catering sector, the Gastronorm has established itself as a standardised system of measurements for containers. The Thermoplates are also based on this principle and make working in the kitchen easier – not only for professionals. The range also includes the first-ever cooking pot to conform to the system.

UNIVERSAL USABILITY

Made of top-quality multilayer material, Thermoplates are suitable for all types of cookers – from gas and induction all the way to combi-steamers – and for temperatures ranging from -20° C to 400° C. Thanks to their Gastronorm dimensions, the Thermoplates can be used for all stages of food preparation from storage to distribution, without having to transfer the contents from one container to another.
